How do I book a theory test?
Your driving instructor books the test for you in the authority's test-booking system once you are ready in your training. Slots are first come, first served, so plan ahead.

The test fee for a car licence (category B) is DKK 1,600. If you fail, a new fee is due for a new attempt — see the current fees at the Danish Road Traffic Authority.
Can I practise online before the test?
Yes — with E-Teori you practise on tests that mirror the real theory test, and you can start with a free test without creating an account.
