Here you can withdraw from a purchase or a subscription with E-Teori.

Your right of withdrawal

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy access or a subscription from E-Teori. The period runs from the day the agreement was made.
  • 7-day full money back: if you withdraw no later than 7 days after the agreement, you get back everything you have paid under it.
  • If you withdraw after the 7 days but within the period, you get back the amount that follows from the terms of your agreement.
  • We pay back no later than 14 days after we received your withdrawal, to the payment method you paid with.
  • When you withdraw, your access under the agreement ends, and a subscription does not renew again.
  • Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling a subscription.
